We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead the operational and financial success of a multi-location region. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company goals and growth strategies.
• Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
• Provide accurate forecasting and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Lead and support multiple locations, ensuring consistent processes, standards, and customer satisfaction.
• Build, develop, and engage high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and leadership.
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and resource optimization across the region.
• Support integration and growth initiatives, including new business expansions and acquisitions.
• Promote strong communication, collaboration, and accountability throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience managing operations, business performance, and teams.
• MBA or advanced business education is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence change, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications.

Work Environment

This position operates in both office and industrial environments and may require exposure to outdoor weather conditions, manufacturing or mechanical equipment, and occasional travel. Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
