Physical Therapist - Marina, California

A skilled nursing facility in Monterey County is seeking an adaptable and passionate Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity. This position offers the chance to create meaningful change for patients by developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that foster mobility, strength, and functional independence. You'll work alongside a dynamic care team in a supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth.
Schedule Options:
- Sunday through Thursday
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred; mentorship provided for candidates with 0-1 years' experience
- Excellent documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible, positive, and collaborative attitude
- Willingness to float between facilities, both located within walking distance
- Assess and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Design and execute individualized treatment plans to meet mobility and rehabilitation goals
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best patient outcomes
- Accurately complete documentation within Net Health according to facility standards
