Outside Sales Representative Security & Printer SolutionsPay: $19.23/hour + CommissionLocation: Marietta, OHEmployment Type: Full-TimeMancan Staffing is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative for a growing company specializing in business security solutions and printer technology services.This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, meeting with customers, and helping businesses improve efficiency and security through innovative technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be confident in face-to-face sales, self-motivated, and excited about growing a territory while earning commission-based income. Position OverviewThe Outside Sales Representative will generate new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and present customized security and printer solutions to businesses throughout an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Meet with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing Maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and service Stay knowledgeable on products, services, and industry trends Travel locally within the assigned territory to meet with clients Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records Qualifications: Previous outside sales experience preferred Business-to-business, technology, security, or printer sales experience is a plus Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve sales targets Ability to learn and explain technical products and solutions Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required Why Join This Team?
