This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned clinical operations professionals who know how to keep complex studies on track, on budget, and running smoothly. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on schedule Oversee study budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking across multiple vendors and partners Coordinate with CROs, investigator sites, and internal teams to ensure seamless study operations Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle Apply your real-world clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research Who You Are Experienced in clinical trial project management — you've owned timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships Comfortable managing CROs, external research partners, and cross-functional teams simultaneously Skilled at juggling multiple workstreams without letting the details slip Methodical, proactive, and confident making decisions under pressure Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems Familiarity with AI tools or research evaluation workflows Background in regulatory affairs, clinical data management, or medical affairs Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI and healthcare research projects alongside world-leading research labs Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, impactful project work Gain exposure to advanced LLMs and how they're trained using real-world clinical data Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch #J-18808-Ljbffr Alignerr
