Paid Media Strategist

Leading digital media strategy for direct-to-consumer businesses, the full-time remote Paid Media Strategist will develop and optimize paid media plans across various channels to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue while collaborating with creative teams and managing agency relationships. Key responsibilities Lead the development and execution of seasonal and evergreen paid media campaigns aligned with business objectives and KPIs Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful content and messaging for target audiences across paid media channels Analyze channel performance and campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on paid media channels Experience in budget management, forecasting, and ROI evaluation Hands-on experience with analytics and measurement platforms such as Adobe Analytics or GA4 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing media agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
