As we continue to expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a passionate and talented Food Runner to join our team.Job Description: As a Runner at Hifi Kitchen Cocktails, you will be responsible for providing our guests with best in class service. Runners assist servers in enhancing the guest experience by anticipating needs to ensure each guest has a wonderful and unique visit at our venues. You will play a vital role in both maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our team, while upholding the highest standard of service that defines our brand(s).Duties/Responsibilities:Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.Assist servers with food delivery and beverage service as needed.Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure timely service.Help with food handling and ensure that all health and safety standards are followed.Support catering events as needed by assisting with setup and breakdown of service areas.Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and report any shortages to management.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the team are essential for success in this role.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing and walking.Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds.Hifi Kitchen Cocktails provides equal employment opportunities to all team members and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic provided by federal, state, or local laws.
