We are seeking responsible, hard-working Driver Helpers to assist our Delivery Associates. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work collaboratively with the driver to meet delivery schedules. This would be a zero-driving position, you would be a helper that assists the driver in making deliveries for their route.QualificationsSkillsPhysically fit candidates must be (at least) 18 years of ageStrong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during deliveries.Consent to drug test screeningEligible to work in the USDeliver products and smiles to customers in a timely mannerOn the road (OTR) up to 10-hour shifts, delivering to routes within a 50 mile radiusHandle physical work eg. climb in/out van, use of stairs, lift containers without issuePerform responsibilities during inclement weather conditionsBe open to assisting in other capacities, as neededFollow designated safety protocol and proceduresWilling to assist co-workers in a supportive wayAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
