Position Highlights Setting: Inpatient adult behavioral health unit Census: Average 15 patients per day Monday through Friday schedule Support: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner support based on census Team Culture: Multidisciplinary and mission-driven Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed. Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry. Active CO medical license or ability to obtain one. Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
