About the Company

The company provides comprehensive architectural design and construction management services to a diverse portfolio of commercial and nonprofit clients. Their projects include financial institutions, performing arts centers, schools and colleges, corporate office buildings, and faith-based organizations.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager working on commercial architectural projects.

• Experience with houses of worship or assembly occupancies is preferred but not required.

• Proven experience in architectural design and construction administration is required.

• Strong project communication skills are essential. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills throughout all phases of architectural design.

• The successful candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Project Architect, who also serves as the Project Manager .

• Ability to effectively collaborate with in-house architectural teams, consultants, contractors, and clients is essential.

• Drafting experience is required; however, this is not a full-time drafting or modeling position. Strong communication and project coordination skills will be prioritized over advanced drafting or modeling capabilities.
