an advanced degree is a plus.YMCA Multi-Team or Organizational Leader certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within an agreed-upon timeframe).Demonstrated success leading large-scale operations and high-performing teams.A passion for the YMCA mission and the ability to inspire others around a shared vision.Strong financial and business acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and operational sustainability.Experience using data and performance measures to inform decisions and improve results.A strong understanding of membership, customer or participant experience, facilities, organizational operations, and community engagement.Demonstrated success leading organizational change, growth, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to build consensus, develop partnerships, and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.A commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where people have equitable opportunities to contribute, grow, and lead.WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for extended periods of time and be able to communicate using a computer and phone/smart device.The employee frequently is required to sit and reach, and must be able to move around the work environment.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust.The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
