Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within the operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a range of surgical specialties including orthopedic and neurological procedures
• Participate in rotating weekend and weekday on-call coverage, including approximately every 4th–5th weekend and one night per week
• Maintain high performance standards in accordance with facility expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Demonstrated operating room experience is required
• Orthopedic surgical experience is required
• Neurological OR experience is required (Level 1 or Level 2 trauma experience)
• Ability to participate in rotating on-call schedule including weekends and weeknights

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or trauma-level surgical environment
• Ability to adapt quickly and perform consistently in a fast-paced OR setting
