Welder/Fabricator

Welder PositionWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented welder to join our team. This role is based primarily out of our Grimes, Iowa shop, with regular travel to job sites to perform a variety of field welding tasks. The ideal candidate will be experienced in multiple welding techniques and confident in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.This position involves welding structural elements such as sheet piling, pipe piling, and H-piling. When traveling to job sites—typically for short durations of a few days at a time—you will be provided with a company welding truck equipped for field work. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform welding and fabrication tasks both in-shop and in the fieldWeld and assemble structural components such as, but not limited to, sheet piling, pipe piling, and H-pilingEnsure all welds meet quality, strength, and safety standardsMaintain welding equipment and tools in good working conditionAdhere to safety protocols and job site procedures at all timesComprehensive insurance includes dental, short-term disability, health, life, prescription, and vision.
