Senior People Operations Leader

To support rapid growth, the full-time Senior People Operations Leader will build and implement people systems and operational processes that enhance talent management, performance standards, and organizational effectiveness while collaborating closely with the executive team in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Partner with executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management Own benefits, payroll coordination, compliance, and core people operations to ensure scalable employment practices Coach managers on setting expectations, providing feedback, and addressing personnel issues effectively Required qualifications Experience scaling a high-performing company from approximately 200 to over 500 employees Significant background in coaching managers through performance management and difficult personnel decisions Proven track record of leading employee investigations and managing sensitive employee relations situations Ability to balance strategic discussions with hands-on operational work Exceptional judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
