WE'RE HIRING - MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLERS

Location: Schaumburg, IL
Pay: $25-$32/hr, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM + OT as needed
Weekly Pay ? Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Mechanical Responsibilities:

Assemble automated machinery and multi-station equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Build machines from detailed drawings.
Troubleshoot, test, debug, and modify machinery.
Work with pneumatic systems, components, and fittings.
Perform drilling, tapping, machine setup, and fabrication.
Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Perform basic electrical wiring and machine testing.
Use hand tools and power tools.
Work with packaging machinery and industrial equipment.

Electrical Responsibilities:

Electrical training or hands-on electrical assembly experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Experience wiring control panels and industrial equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical issues with motors, sensors, relays, controls, and wiring.
Use electrical testing equipment such as voltage and amperage meters.
Properly label wires, route cables, and maintain organized wiring.
Experience with packaging machinery or industrial equipment.
Ability to drill, tap, and modify electrical panels and enclosures.
Safely use drills, taps, saws, power tools, and other shop equipment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mechanical assembly, automation, machinery, or manufacturing.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and assembly drawings.
Knowledge of pneumatic systems and components.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
