Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients by developing and implementing treatment plans to promote mobility, function, and overall well-being. Deliver individualized care in accordance with licensing and clinical standards to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as indicated.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document clinical findings and treatment progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Possess at least one year of outpatient physical therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have current BLS certification from AHA.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
