Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. The technologist will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate radiation detection and imaging equipment, assist radiologists with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and process and transmit images to PACS.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or equivalent.
• Current certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology (NMTCB, ARRT(N), or equivalent) required.
• Current state Nuclear Medicine license as required for practice in New Jersey.
• Minimum one year of acute clinical radiology experience. At least one year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with PACS image processing and transmission.
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment and anatomy and medical terminology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital setting.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–15:00.
