Cardiac SonographerRequirements Minimum one (1) year of experience performing cardiac diagnostic procedures and related responsibilities Current ARDMS - RDCS certification Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population. Ability to be self-directed and organized to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Must be able to pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screening and background check Must have a current BLS/CPR Job Responsibilities Demonstrate proficiency in medical diagnostic imaging equipment Perform a wide range of Echo imaging procedures, primarily in an ER environment Communicate pertinent clinical information and findings to the radiologist. Provide excellent care to their patients while maintaining a good rapport and excellent service to all client hospitals and staff. Utilize systems such as PACS systems and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data.
