We focus on episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine.Your Role as a Medical Assistant:As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in patient care, supporting our licensed providers and ensuring a seamless experience for all patients. Your responsibilities will include:Obtaining patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visitPreparing patients for physical examsExplaining procedures and treatments to patientsEnsuring all ordered tests are performed accurately and promptlyAdministering prescribed medications and treatmentsPerforming blood draws and lab tests for in-house and reference lab processingConducting drug screening procedures following regulationsDocumenting patient immunizations and administering vaccinesCoordinating physician referrals and pre-certifications when neededMaintaining exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and managing suppliesAccurately documenting patient care and responding to lab messagesAssisting with other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For:Previous Medical Assistant experience with certificationA strong team player with excellent critical thinking skillsAbility to anticipate patient and provider needsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsApply Today!
