SAP Functional Consultant

Responsibilities & Qualifications Work directly with Business partners (Product Owners) to deliver application changes Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD and TDD) and End User Training Create Use cases, user stories and other requirements/specifications artifacts Provide functional specifications and work with Software Engineers (ABAP, PCF, Fiori) Conducting and support testing on SAP platform – Functional, Security, Integration, User Acceptance Support cutover, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities Ability to perform configuration Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy non SAP systems Production support of launched functionality 4 to 6 years of IT experience 5 to 8 years of functional experience with following SAP modules – Material Management covering processes from Requisitioning to ordering (with purchase orders or scheduling agreements), Directed Tier 2, Sub-contracting, Intra-Company Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation Experience with S4 HANA and Fiori implementation Experience in hands-on and root-cause analysis skills Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills Benefits Immediate medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage Flexible family care days, paid parental leave, new parent ramp-up programs, subsidized back-up child care and more Family building benefits including adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, fertility treatments, and more Vehicle discount program for employees and family members and management leases Tuition assistance Established and active employee resource groups Paid time off for individual and team community service A generous schedule of paid holidays, including the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day Paid time off and the option to purchase additional vacation time. This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $74,300-$166,200. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
