Job Description:
- Lead and manage large Pharma Commercial Analytics and Omnichannel Analytics programs.
- Work closely with business and commercial teams to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
- Analyze commercial, customer, sales, marketing, and omnichannel data to support business decisions.
- Provide insights around customer engagement, HCP behavior, campaign performance, and commercial effectiveness.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into analytics strategies and actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics and/or Omnichannel Analytics.
- Experience managing large-scale programs/projects in the Pharma/Life Sciences space.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes and analytics.
- Experience working with sales, marketing, customer, and HCP data.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in the Philadelphia area.
Preferred:
- Local candidates in or around Philadelphia who can work hybrid.
- Experience working with large Pharma clients and enterprise-level program
