Responsibilities Your core responsibilities will include maintaining strict aseptic technique, preparing and arranging surgical trays and instruments, performing instrument counts, and providing reliable support to surgeons and nurses throughout procedures. You’ll assist with patient positioning and draping, hand instruments to the sterile field, and help with wound closure preparation and documentation as directed by the surgical team.
