Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Equipment Rental Store Manager position based in SAN ANTONIO, TX. In this role, you will manage daily operations, oversee equipment rentals and sales, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining inventory, managing lease agreements, building and nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring all rental equipment is maintained to a high standard of quality and functionality.

Qualifications

• Rental Management and Lease Administration experience
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Previous experience in equipment rental or sales is preferred
• Effective leadership and team management experience
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of heavy equipment brands and functionality is a plus
• Proficiency with inventory management systems is desirable
• Ability to work on-site in SAN ANTONIO, TX
