What Our Client Offers You Salary Range: $150,000 – $175,000 Discretionary annual bonus Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, Sick Leave Relocation Assistance: Yes What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Oversee the management of the general ledger and chart of accounts Supervise and train accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team environment Manage quarterly compliance reporting to banks and other stakeholders Lead and oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and accuracy Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures Qualifications You Have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred 10+ years of accounting experience, with leadership in a similar role Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and audit management Proven ability to supervise and develop accounting teams Experience with general ledger management and month-end close processes Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment How to Apply If you like what you see here, please Apply Now to submit your resume.
