The role encompasses direct patient care for a diverse population, including all ages. The nurse will work in a 24-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:6. The candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing quality care. Common diagnoses and treatments will be encountered in this setting. Additional floating responsibilities may be required as needed. The dress code consists of scrubs, with no casual wear permitted. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment.
