This is a hands-on, highly technical role where you'll lead efforts to support, automate, and optimize our enterprise infrastructure while ensuring high availability and seamless performance of mission-critical systems. As a technical leader, you’ll work closely with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to drive automation initiatives, streamline processes, and elevate platform stability. If you’re a Windows infrastructure pro with a knack for scripting, automation, and solving complex problems — we want to talk to you !What You’ll DoOwn and manage production support, access management, audit compliance, change control, and incident resolution in a 24x7 operational mode l.Lead infrastructure automation efforts using PowerShell and other modern scripting tools to reduce manual work and increase efficienc y.Collaborate with application teams to scope and support platform integration during Discovery and Implementation phase s.Maintain a reliable, scalable Windows server environment (Windows 2016–2022) including Active Directory, IIS, and enterprise-grade COTS app s.Oversee server patching, upgrades, disaster recovery processes, and system performance optimizatio n.Partner with stakeholders to deliver SLA-aligned support, root cause analysis, and strategic improvement s.Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior team members on technical and operational challenge s.Continuously identify opportunities to improve monitoring, automation, and incident response using industry best practices and modern tool s.Ensure compliance with IT governance, InfoSec policies, and change management standard s.What You Br ing5+ years of hands‑on IT infrastructure experience in a Windows environme nt.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experien ce.Deep experience in Windows Server administration (2016–2025), IIS, and Active Directo ry.3+ years of strong PowerShell scripting and automation skil ls.Familiarity with ticketing and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNo w).Strong troubleshooting skills for production systems — with both tactical and long‑term solution mindse ts.Understanding of hardware platforms like Dell/Cisco servers and out-of-band manageme nt.Bonus Points ForExperience with Nutanix, Hyper‑V, AWS, or Azure platfo rms.Familiarity with Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Clustering, SAN/NAS storage, and enterprise backup strateg ies.Working knowledge of Azure Policy, SCCM, Ansible, or other automation/configuration management to ols.Development skills in .Net, C#, SQL, and comfort working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitL ab).Passion for security and experience implementing infrastructure hardening best practi ces.DevOps mindset and exposure to Terraform, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (I #J-18808-Ljbffr Brooksource
