The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking dedicated RN's and LPN's. Must hold a valid Arkansas Nursing license and current CPR certification. Join our healthcare family and make a difference in the lives of those we serve!
Job Summary: As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations of the facility during your shift. This includes ensuring that all care is provided in compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, regulations, and guidelines. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. This role comes with the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out your duties and provide exceptional care.
