Kelly Services is hiring a  Warehouse Receiving Floor Lead in Eastvale, CA. This role is a great fit for someone with warehouse receiving, inventory, forklift, and leadership experience who can help keep inbound operations running safely and efficiently.

Location: Eastvale, CA
Pay: $24.00/hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Travel: Must be willing to travel to Fontana, CA as needed

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a team of 10–20 warehouse associates
• Assigning daily tasks and monitoring workflow
• Verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspecting products for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
• Labeling, scanning, staging, and entering inventory into the WMS
• Training team members on procedures, equipment, and safety
• Partnering with inventory, shipping, and operations teams
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized receiving area
• Operating equipment as needed, including stand-up forklift, clamp, slip sheet, EPJ, and pallet jacks

This job might be a great fit if you:

• Have 2–5 years of warehouse, distribution, or receiving experience
• Have previous lead or supervisory experience
• Have experience supporting teams of 10–20 employees
• Are familiar with WMS systems, RF scanners, and inventory processes
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Are comfortable working Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Are willing to travel to Eastvale as needed
• Are bilingual, a plus but not required
