Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Delivery Driver for an appliance company in Corvallis, OR. This role involves delivering appliances to residential homes and requires strong physical abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle deliveries safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Driving: Safely operate a delivery truck (no CDL required) to transport appliances to various residential locations.

Loading and Unloading: Lift and move heavy appliances, with weights ranging from 50 to 100 lbs. Use a dolly for heavier items.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to squat, bend, lift overhead, and go up and down stairs during deliveries.

Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols when handling appliances and navigating residential properties.

Pet Allergy Awareness: Must not be allergic to pets, as deliveries will involve entering homes where pets may be present.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Physical Ability: Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy appliances independently at times with dolly

Forklift Operation: Ability to drive a forklift is an asset, but not mandatory.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills are essential.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work and overtime during peak season (May-October).

Uniform: A uniform and jacket will be provided.
