What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be:

• Working in-office at our Savannah, GA location.
• Managing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attracting, sourcing, and screening both passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and advanced applicant tracking systems.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensuring fair and consistent assessment and selection processes.

• Are customer-centric and excel at building collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Are results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving tasks, goals, and expectations with resiliency.
• Possess action-oriented energy, urgency, and enthusiasm to take on recruiting tasks.
• Have excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills, able to work independently.
• Demonstrate adaptability and learning agility, especially in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, engaging a variety of audiences.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse capacity (required).
