As a Software Engineer, you are known for thinking on your feet, learning quickly, and owning a problem to resolution. You enjoy solving complex problems while contributing with new ideas and techniques, leading to continuous improvement for the team. You enjoy close collaboration to find better ways to deliver great quality software in a high-trust Engineering culture. Have a passion for continuous learning, seeking out opportunities to expand your knowledge, and stretching yourself and others to achieve goals.* Strong Computer Science fundamentals in system design, data structures, and algorithms.* Strong background in Python development.* Experience with modern Javascript (ES6+).* Results driven. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Bitsight’s good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
