Long Term Care Nurses-- We are hiring!!

Luther Manor is hiring FULL-TIME LPNs for ALL SHIFTS.

We’re looking for nurses who:

• Show up and can be counted on
• Notice when something isn’t right with a resident
• Communicate instead of letting problems become the next shift’s surprise
• Complete good, timely documentation
• Treat residents AND coworkers with respect
• Lead their CNAs — and work alongside them when things get busy
• Ask questions when they don’t know something
• Can handle a little chaos without creating more of it We’re not going to promise that every shift is easy.

It’s long-term care. It isn’t.

But you’ll know your residents. You’ll use your nursing skills. You’ll make decisions that matter. And you’ll be an important part of the team we’re building.
