Direct Service Professional - Group Home Location: Phoenix, AZ Hourly Rate: $16.75 — Shifts Needed: Multiple PM with weekends — Job Status: Full Time — Work Locations: Peoria, Glendale, and Phoenix — Driving Required: Yes On Angels Wings and Sonoran Sky, part of the Redwood Family Care Network, we provide person-centered services, supports, and advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We take a zero‑tolerance stance on abuse and neglect and are committed to the health and safety of those we support. Responsibilities Care and supervision of group home members. Assist in daily living skills. Behavior management. Medication administration. Transportation of members using a company van. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED. Age 21 or older. Successful criminal background check and Fingerprint Clearance Card (company will assist in obtaining the card). Valid Arizona driver’s license (driving required). Clean 39‑month motor vehicle record. At least 1 year of experience dealing with physical and verbal aggression behaviors. Preferred Qualifications CPR, First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article 9, and DCW certifications. Experience in Group Homes, DTA's, HCBS, or DTT's. Experience as a Direct Support Professional.
