We're growing our Advisory Practice and are looking for an experienced Capital Program Advisory Manager who is passionate about helping clients solve complex organizational and operational challenges while driving meaningful business outcomes. As a Capital Program Advisory Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to construction owners, capital program executives, and project leadership teams. You'll lead consulting engagements focused on improving organizational performance, project delivery, governance, business processes, and PMIS strategy across complex capital programs. This role combines strategic consulting, operational improvement, and client relationship management. You'll work directly with executive stakeholders to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver practical solutions that enhance the way capital programs are planned, managed, and executed. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of owner-side capital program experience and understands the challenges organizations face when managing large construction portfolios. This position reports to the Delivery Manager, Advisory Center of Excellence. Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and assessments with executive leadership and project teams Serve as the primary client advisor throughout consulting engagements Ensure projects remain aligned with client goals, scope, and expectations Improve Capital Program Performance Evaluate organizational structures, governance models, project controls, and delivery processes Develop practical solutions that strengthen capital planning and project delivery Develop recommendations that improve project controls, reporting, and decision-making Support digital transformation initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness Manage Consulting Engagements Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and risks Mentor analysts and consultants while ensuring high-quality project delivery Ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism Help identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Project Management, or a related field ~10+ years of experience working directly for a project owner organization in roles such as: ~ Owner Project Manager ~ Capital Projects Manager ~ Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from the owner's perspective ~ Experience overseeing consultants, contractors, project budgets, schedules, governance, and stakeholder engagement ~ Capital program management ~ Project controls ~ Risk management ~ Change management ~ Organizational performance ~ Experience developing project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting processes ~ Proven ability to manage multiple consulting engagements in a fast-paced environment Previous management consulting or advisory services experience Experience leading organizational transformation or business process improvement initiatives Experience with enterprise PMIS platforms, including: Oracle Primavera Unifier Autodesk Construction Cloud Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives within owner organizations PMP, CCM, DBIA, PgMP, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus At OnIndus, you'll work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about helping organizations transform the way they deliver capital programs.
