Job Details Location: McQuillan Home Services LLC – MAPLEWOOD, MN 55109 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None McQuillan Home Services is a residential service company specializing in Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business since 1883. As a family-owned and operated company with deep community roots, McQuillan Home Services is proud to serve homeowners, property managers, and multi‑family facility managers in Ramsey, Hennepin, and Washington Counties. We provide a great environment and culture focused on growth, development, and retention. We continue to grow every year and are looking for full‑time employees to join our team. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included. Responsibilities The Insulation Install Technician is responsible for the professional and safe installation of insulation products as sold by the Sales Team. This hands‑on role requires a high level of physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. The Technician ensures that every job is completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standards of energy efficiency and safety.
