Internal Medicine Physician

SSM Health is seeking a full-time Physician to join an established, high-performing outpatient practice in O'Fallon, MO. This is a 1.0 FTE opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule, standard hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and a flexible, family-oriented office environment

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full-time, 1.0 FTE outpatient physician opportunity
• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities
• Minimal call: one weekend every seven weeks, beginning Friday at 4:00 p.m. and ending Monday at 8:00 a.m.
• Call is described as very minimal and not intense, with no expected hospital hours while on weekend call
• Flexible schedule and family-oriented office environment

Practice Details:

The practice includes an experienced and stable team of three physicians and five APPs. Two physicians have been with the practice for more than 20 years, one physician joined approximately one year ago, and four of the five APPs have been with the group for more than four years.

The clinic is supported by an updated, modern office space with an open and collaborative work environment. Physicians are provided four exam rooms, with three additional rooms available for APPs. On-site resources include EKG, X-ray, and standard testing capabilities.

The practice currently sees approximately 20 to 25 patient visits per day, with procedures performed based on provider preference. The location also benefits from a strong referral base, with many specialties available within approximately 15 minutes of the practice.
