ABA Therapist - Part-Time/Per Diem

As an ABA Therapist , you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices. Responsibilities:
Conduct individual ABA therapy sessions with clients in various settings, including homes and within the community
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Monitor and track client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation
Collaborate with families and school staff to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
