As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including lobby areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directional support, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support opening and closing activities, observe cash handling and high-traffic periods from a visible presence, and follow post orders related to after-hours access, restricted areas, and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess 5+ years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
