What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Support patient education and motivation for ongoing health and wellness
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience working with a diverse patient population preferred
• Strong clinical skills in therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
