Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative technology solutions. Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Type: Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: Charlotte, NC; Irving TX; Chandler AZ; Iselin NJ Hybrid: 3x a week onsite Pay Range: 65/hr W2 Responsibilities Lead complex technology initiatives with broad organizational impact. Develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions. Design, code, test, debug, and document software projects and programs. Review and analyze complex technology solutions to meet tactical and strategic business objectives. Collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups to resolve technical challenges and drive innovation. Requirements 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education. Hands‑on experience in full stack software development using Java, .Net, or Python. Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node. At least 2 years of AI experience in testing or evaluation, including data and error analysis. Strong understanding of enterprise AI model lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
