Responsibilities Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. Support potential members in achieving their fitness goals with a lively sales approach. Engage with new members during follow-up to ensure their success. Member engagement, building and equipment maintenance, and safety. Membership Sales (Club and Individual, including services, products, programs). Membership Billing. Customer Service: friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution. Information Hub: product knowledge, programs, events. Requirements for Success Ownership of results. Resilience and a fighting spirit. Adaptability to various situations. Strong communication with members and teammates. Team player ready to take on tasks. Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills. Highly organized. Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Attention to detail with high‑quality work. Comfort with technology, good phone etiquette, and math proficiency. Availability: 20 hours per week, including every Thursday and at least one weekend day. Qualifications Must successfully pass a background check. Compensation Hourly Pay Range: $10—$11 USD.
