Full-Time Unit Manager, RN

Role: Unit Manager/Director – RN responsible for overseeing nursing operations within an assigned unit to ensure high-quality care, positive clinical outcomes, and satisfaction for patients, residents, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and manage nursing care delivery in compliance with organizational mission, policies, standards, and regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Manage human resources, including staffing, recruitment, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school or university. Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. Skills And Attributes Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care. Ability to manage staff effectively and foster a supportive work environment.
