Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join our growing team. Ideal Candidate: Licensed (or eligible) in New York State Strong communication skills Interest in providing best possible care for patients, good teamwork, willing to learn New grads encouraged to apply (mentorship available) Compensation & Benefits (Highly Competitive for Westchester Market) Base Salary: $140,000 – $195,000+ (commensurate with experience) Production bonus Sign-on bonus available CE allowance ($2,500+) + CE days NYS license, DEA, PLIT coverage 401(k) with match Paid vacation & holidays Health, dental, vision insurance Flexible scheduling (4or 5 day workweek option for full timers) High-performing associates can earn $180,000–$220,000+ annually with production.
