About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product for its Flooring and Industrial division. The successful candidate will be a key architect of the growth strategy, leading product portfolio management, innovation, market strategy, and commercialization. This business-building role is pivotal in evolving product as a strategic capability that drives revenue growth, product differentiation, and long-term competitive advantage. The VP of Product will be responsible for defining the future-state product operating model, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring that product and innovation priorities are aligned with growth opportunities and competitive differentiation. The role demands a leader with a strategic mindset, market orientation, and the ability to build and manage a balanced innovation portfolio. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in product strategy, portfolio management, and innovation within industrial, manufacturing, or related industries. Experience in commercializing new products and a strong business acumen are essential. The ideal candidate will have a leadership style that is strategic, commercially minded, and financially savvy, with a passion for understanding customer needs and market opportunities. They should be data-driven, yet decisive, and have a change-oriented, collaborative approach. The role requires a leader who can balance innovation, growth, and operational discipline, and who is adept at influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve shared business objectives.
