We are seeking a motivated and competitive Volleyball Coach who is passionate about athlete development and committed to building a culture of effort, teamwork, and growth both on and off the court. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can push athletes to reach their potential while creating a fun, energetic environment where players love to train and compete. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and lead structured volleyball practices focused on skill development, teamwork, and competitive play Teach and demonstrate fundamental and advanced volleyball techniques Foster a positive, disciplined, and high-effort team culture Develop athletes’ confidence, leadership, and work ethic on and off the court Prepare teams for competitions, tournaments, and league play Provide constructive feedback and individual development guidance to players Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and club leadership Support club events, camps, clinics, and developmental leagues Represent Texas Serve Volleyball with professionalism and integrity WHAT MAKES OUR CULTURE DIFFERENT?
