Registered Nurse

Job Title

Pay Range: $34.91hr - $50.81hr

Requirement/Must Have

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 3-5+ years of experience.
• Previous medical-surgical experience.
• IV Therapy skills.
• Compliance with training requirements including HIPAA Privacy and Security.
• Adherence to the expectations and professional responsibilities of the department.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients in accordance with physician’s orders, including health maintenance, episodic and chronic care to adolescent, adult, and elder populations.
• Review medical records for pertinent previous and current medical information.
• Interview patients for assessment of current problems, medications, and allergies.
• Administer medications according to policy and procedure.
• Identify acute versus emergency situations and respond to emergencies according to policy.
• Document all care provided in a concise and complete manner.
• Organize tasks, solve problems, and respond in a calm, purposeful, and pleasant manner during times of multiple demands and emergency situations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in ER or Urgent Care settings.
