PAY & BENEFITS

$20.48 per hour + tips (changes to $22.75 + tips after 90 days of employment). This position is covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement between SFO Restaurants and UNITE HERE, Local 2. Union membership is required within 31 days of hire. Compensation, benefits, and working conditions are governed by the CBA. Benefits including health, dental, vision, and pension through union trust funds, paid vacation, sick days, and holidays are provided per CBA terms. All uniforms and initial airport badge costs provided by employer. Monthly parking subsidy included. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years or older Must be able to pass a Criminal Records History Check and Security Threat Assessment (STA) to obtain an airport-issued badge and show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs. Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements. Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects. Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
