Social Services Director

Avir Health Group

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Social Services Director to join our family. This role focuses on providing emotional support to residents and their families, while helping with admissions and referrals. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in social work, have geriatrics experience, and possess a valid driver’s license with licensure.
