Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Overview The Manufacturing Engineer is a critical role in our Manufacturing Facility and belongs to a culture of personnel and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient and economical production of goods, including assisting in MBOM creation and changes, outside vendor assistance, Quality Control, Production, and Assembly. Responsibilities Assist with Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) duties Develop and standardize detailed work instructions to aid manufacturing Create 3D models and drawings in SolidWorks and AutoCAD to aid manufacturing Provide input into design of the sequence of production operations Proactively find better ways of doing things Maintain a high desire to learn new things Show strong interest in sharing knowledge Build efficient internal relationships Drive continuous improvement and provide directions for achieving targets Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities Physical Requirements May require lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and/or climbing.
