What You'll Do as a Heavy Forklift Operator:

• Operate sit-down propane forklifts and/or omni-directional Combi Lift equipment safely and efficiently
• Move oversized materials and products throughout the warehouse environment
• Pull and stage materials based on daily production schedules
• Support inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts and material tracking
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting while following all safety procedures
• Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
• Use hand tools, band cutters, and strapping equipment as needed
• Help maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Learn additional equipment and processes, including overhead crane operation and packaging tools

Skills and Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• At least 2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environment
• Experience handling oversized or heavy materials beyond standard pallet loads
• Previous experience operating a Combi Lift or other omnidirectional forklift equipment preferred
• Comfortable using computers for basic production schedules and inventory tasks
• Ability to work safely in hot and cold warehouse conditions
• Experience using hand tools in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Willingness to learn new equipment and warehouse processes
• Ability to lift, move, and package materials in a physically active environment
• Experience operating an overhead crane or a miter saw is a plus, but not required
