About the Position

The Federal Injury Centers is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Cottonwood Heights, Utah clinic.

We specialize in caring for injured federal employees and provide coordinated medical and rehabilitative care to help patients recover from workplace injuries and return to work.

Our therapists are given the time and resources to provide true one-on-one care , rather than being expected to manage a high-volume schedule with multiple patients simultaneously.

What Makes This Position Different

True 1-on-1 Care

You won't be expected to juggle multiple patients at the same time.

You'll have the time to:

• Perform thorough evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on treatment
• Work through therapeutic exercises with your patient
• Educate patients about their condition and recovery
• Track progress and adjust treatment appropriately
• Build genuine relationships with the people you're treating

Four-Day Work Week

We believe you can have a successful physical therapy career without working five days a week.

This position is structured around a four-day work week , giving you an additional day away from the clinic while maintaining a full-time professional position.

Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000–$120,000 annual salary , depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one physical therapy
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Modify treatment plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Help injured federal employees achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to work
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

• Current Utah Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Orthopedic, occupational medicine, workers' compensation or similar experience is preferred but not required

Experienced therapists are encouraged to apply, and we are also willing to consider newer therapists who demonstrate strong clinical skills, professionalism and a genuine commitment to patient care.
